Beauty
is not a privilege

Founded in 2012 by Angelica Benoffi, Maison Siccardi is a leather handbags and accessories brand inspired by a vision of authentic, respectful, and sustainable Made in Italy. It seeks to preserve that unique and unrepeatable blend of taste, durability, and attention to detail that characterizes Italian craftsmanship.
Bags and accessories for discerning, unconventional clients who follow their own style, not fashion dictates.

Affordably priced and designed to last, Maison Siccardi products are made with a deeply human touch: every individual is respected in their own time, value, and creativity. The message is clear: let’s reclaim the beauty and authenticity of Italian manufacturing.

And let’s learn to choose real sustainability, through small-scale, respectful, and strictly local production, certified Italian leathers and materials, and creativity that nurtures talent by blending art and craftsmanship.

All to create unique, extremely limited-edition collections each year, like those we offer in our online shop and in our Turin showroom.

Savoir-Faire

Every Maison Siccardi creation tells a story of Italian excellence made of people and irreplaceable gestures, through which each artisan both shares and hands down a tradition unique in the world.

Since 2017, our Maison’s distinctive hallmark has been the creation and use of original illustrations, developed jointly by the founder and the illustrators who collaborate with Maison Siccardi.

An ongoing research process gives birth to exclusive patterns that make our collections one‑of‑a‑kind.

Sustainability

For Maison Siccardi, there is no beauty without responsibility, toward people and toward the environment.
And there is no beauty without the ability to give value to gestures, time, raw materials, and creativity.

That is why sustainability at Maison Siccardi means first and foremost respecting work, throughout the entire production chain and in every aspect: places, hours, compensation.

Just as it means respecting the environment. That’s why we only use leathers recovered from the food industry supply chain (i.e., traceable leathers that would otherwise end up in landfills), and we choose not to use ‘vegan’ leathers, aware that most of them are finished with PU and PVC coatings (among the most toxic and hard‑to‑dispose‑of plastic materials).

In line with this philosophy, all our prints are produced without water, and leftover materials from bag production are used to create small accessories, minimizing waste to the greatest extent.

Our collections, far from the overproduction logic dominating the fashion market, are made in small volumes, ensuring both uniqueness and exclusivity for our products

Angelica Benoffi

I’m not a digital native, and even though I use digital tools, I draw and take notes on paper, with pencils, pens, and colored markers.
My sources of inspiration are contemporary art, theatre, design, architecture, cinema and literature. I love the light of dawn, the smell of paper, wood, and leather. I need music, but also silence, concentration and reflection. I observe and learn from nature, which offers me daily lessons in harmony and balance, but also in boldness.

The history of Maison Siccardi has even older origins, specifically from my great-grandmother, Angelica Siccardi, born in 1876, a woman of extraordinary human and practical qualities, with a boundless capacity for warmth and listening, who led the entire family and an entire community, as well as her father’s company. I received her name as a gift from my mother, and with it the honor and responsibility of giving continuity and substance to the values that came from her to me.

Maison Siccardi’s aspiration is therefore to resemble her: ethical, kind, attentive, welcoming, and deeply respectful towards the people, both those with whom it collaborates and those to whom it serves.
Maison Siccardi is a space open to all, just as her home was: a welcoming place where you can enter freely to explore, create, and share.
It’s a daily commitment, to do and be a little better than the day before, for myself and for others
